Elevance Health has made six senior leadership appointments across its health benefits and Carelon businesses.
1. Aimée Dailey has been named president of government business, with responsibility for Medicare, Medicaid, federal government products, and group retiree plans. She previously served as president of the company’s Medicare business.
2. Kristy Duffey has been named president of Carelon Health, where she will lead clinical strategy and operations across advanced primary care, behavioral health, specialty care and home care services. Her previous experience includes several leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, including chief nursing officer at Optum.
3. Will Feest has been named president of Carelon Insights, in addition to his role as COO at Carelon. He has held financial and operational strategy positions across the company for nearly two decades.
4. William Fleming has been named chief growth and strategy officer for Carelon, where he will be responsible for growth strategy, partnerships, and portfolio expansion. He previously served as Humana’s chief corporate affairs officer.
5. Darrell Oliveira has been named CFO at Carelon after serving in leadership roles at MetLife, Prudential, and MassMutual.
6. Jeff Plante has been named CFO for Elevance’s health benefits segment after most
recently serving as president of Carelon Insights.
