Philadelphia-based Einstein Healthcare Network appointed R. Scott Latimer vice president of financial planning and strategic transactions.
Here are three notes:
1. Mr. Latimer most recently worked at New York City-based PricewaterhouseCoopers as a partner.
2. He spent 34 years with PwC, where he collaborated with senior hospital and health system leadership to develop strategic initiatives and also facilitated mergers and acquisitions for numerous organizations.
3. He earned his master's degree in business administration with a focus on healthcare from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
