Ms. Pemberton has been serving as the hospital’s interim CFO since early January. She joined EMCH 15 years ago and has been with Banner Health for 20 years.
Ms. Pemberton received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, according to the report.
