Duke Anderson. President and CEO of Hillsdale (Mich.) Hospital. Mr. Anderson joined Hillsdale Hospital as COO in August 2006 and participated in a 10-month transition plan to become hospital CEO. Prior to his current role, Mr. Anderson served in several administrative and leadership positions at other health organizations, including public health officer and director of health promotion at St. Joseph Community Health Agency in Coldwater, Mich. Under Mr. Anderson’s leadership, Hillsdale Hospital received an ‘A’ grade in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group. Hillsdale Hospital is approximately 75 miles south of Lansing, Mich.
