Previously Dr. Saltzgaber served as CMO and medical director at Greater Rome Affiliates in Rome, N.Y. He has also worked as medical director at Gallipolis, Ohio-based Hozer Health System and associate administrator at StayWell Insurance in Hagatna, Guam.
Dr. Saltzgaber is a veteran of the Army and Air Force where he served as medic, battalion commander and personnel officer before attending medical school in 1988.
