Dr. Lee Biggs appointed CMO of Trident Health: 4 points

Charleston, S.C.-based Trident Health selected Lee Biggs, MD, to serve as CMO.

Four points:

1. Dr. Biggs most recently served as CMO of 334-bed Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

2. He previously served as a captain in the U.S. Navy and has held numerous healthcare leadership positions, including chief clinical officer, at hospitals around the world.

3. Dr. Biggs completed a fellowship with The Joint Commission.

4. Trident Health is a 437-bed hospital system that is comprised of Trident Medical Center in Charleston, Summerville (S.C.) Medical Center, Moncks Corner (S.C.) Medical Center and Centre Pointe Emergency in North Charleston, S.C.
