Earl Tamar has been appointed CEO of Galesburg (Ill.) Cottage Hospital, according to a Register-Mail report.
Most recently, Mr. Tamar served as a management consultant at Battle Creek (Mich.) Health System. Previously, he was COO for Rockford (Ill.) Health System.
