2. He is the co-founder of Apple Valley Assisted Living, a residential care facility.

3. His prior experience includes serving as senior vice president of the hospital and clinic network for Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City, which manages Hansen Family Hospital.

4. Mr. Morse is the permanent successor to Cherelle Montanye, who left in September 2017 to serve as chief administrative officer at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Wash.
