2. Before that, he was COO at Los Angeles-based St. Vincent Medical Center, part of Verity Health.
3. Early on in his career, Mr. Kleam worked at St. Bernardine Medical Center, leading support services for the hospital.
4. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Redlands (Calif.).
