Dignity Health appointed Kim Brown Sims, RN, chief nursing officer for Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco.

1. Ms. Brown Sims joined the San Francisco-based health system on Nov. 15, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

2. She is the founder and CEO of KBS Leadership Consulting in San Francisco.

3. She previously held chief nursing officer roles and other leadership positions with health systems including Renton, Wash.-based Providence, Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and San Francisco-based Kaiser Permanente, according to LinkedIn.
