Dennis Shelby. CEO of Wilson Medical Center (Neodesha, Kan.). As CEO of Wilson Medical Center, Mr. Shelby oversees operations at the 15-room private hospital that includes a large emergency department and two trauma rooms. A nonprofit critical access hospital, Wilson Medical provides a center for wound care and hyperbaric medicine in addition to inpatient and outpatient procedures. In October 2017, Hope International University in Fullerton, Calif., named Mr. Shelby a distinguished alumnus for his career in rural healthcare management.
