Denise Webber. COO and Vice President of Administrative Services of Stillwater (Okla.) Medical Center. Ms. Webber has been an integral part of the Stillwater administration team since 2006, serving as vice president of administrative services and COO since 2012. During her time in the medical center’s administration, Stillwater has seen improved performance in employee satisfaction and engagement through the development and implementation of a service oriented culture. Ms. Webber successfully spearheaded the acquisition of a 22-physician clinic practice in just six months and helped Stillwater Medical Center acquire a competitive Ambulatory Surgery Center which led to a 5 percent net revenue growth. She has served as chairman for the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce as Chairman since 2011 and is a board member for the Stillwater Area United Way.
