Here are four things to know:

1. Mr. Miller most recently served as director of strategic development at St. Vincent-Evansville (Ind.).

2. Prior to that, he was senior coordinator in strategic development at the hospital.

3. He joined St. Vincent-Evansville as a flight paramedic in 2006.

4. In 2011-2012, he served as president of the Indiana and Kentucky Associations of Air Medical Services.
