Cuba (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital CEO Andrew H. Boser III, is resigning Aug. 31, according to the Wellsville Daily Reporter.

1. Mr. Boser is leaving to “to pursue other interests,” according to the report.

2. He assumed the top post at the hospital in 1998.

3. He previously served as cardiopulmonary director at Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital.

4. Cuba Memorial Hospital is the midst of affiliating with Kaleida Health in Buffalo, N.Y.
