Covenant HealthCare CEO, CFO to Retire

Saginaw, Mich.-based Covenant HealthCare is making changes to its executive leadership team following the resignation of the company's CEO and CFO.

Spence Maidlow, president and CEO, and Mark Gronda, vice president and CFO, announced plans to retire on Dec. 31.

Ed Bruff, executive vice president and COO of the organization, will become the next president and CEO, and Kevin Albosta, director of finance, will take over vice president and CFO duties.
