Covenant Health Plainview CEO resigns: 5 things to know

Clay Taylor is resigning from his post as CEO of Covenant Health Plainview (Texas), according to a Plainview Herald report.

Here are five things to know about Mr. Taylor.

1. He is leaving the CEO position to take on an administrative role within Covenant Health System in Lubbock, Texas.

2. He has served as CEO of Covenant Health Plainview for about two and a half years.

3. Prior to becoming the CEO, Taylor served as the Plainview hospital’s COO and CFO.

4. Mr. Taylor leaves his position as Covenant Health Plainview is undergoing a $40 million renovation and expansion, according to the report.

5. His last day at the hospital will be April 15.
