Covenant Health names Donald Clark controller

Covenant Health, a Catholic nonprofit health system based in Tewksbury, Mass., has selected Donald Clark to serve as controller.

Mr. Clark will be responsible for development of consolidated financial and statistical reports, the establishment and maintenance of accounting principles and the preparation of tax documents, among other duties, Covenant said.

Mr. Clark previously was controller for Hyannis, Mass.-based Cape Cod Healthcare, an integrated delivery network of two acute care hospitals, homecare and hospice services, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, an assisted living facility and various health programs. 

A certified public accountant, Mr. Clark also spent 12 years as an audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston.
