Corewell names inaugural chief nurse

Kelli Sadler, BSN, RN, has been selected to serve as the first system chief nursing executive at Southfield, Mich.-based Corewell Health.

Ms. Sadler has more than 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. She has served as chief nursing executive for Corewell Health’s Southeast Michigan market since 2023.

As system chief nursing executive, she will oversee more than 16,000 nurses and work with physician leaders and regional nursing teams to align care delivery and clinical priorities across the organization.

Corewell Health operates 21 hospitals and more than 300 outpatient locations across Michigan.
