Dr. Marks will also serve as president of Fairfield County Medical Services. CMS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Norwalk Hospital that employs many of Norwalk’s employed physicians.
Dr. Marks will take responsibility for business development, occupational health services, marketing and communications. He has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon since 1988.
