Conemaugh Health System appoints Tim Harclerode CEO of 2 hospitals

Conemaugh Health System, based in Johnstown, Pa., named Tim Harclerode, RN, MBA, CEO of Hastings, Pa.-based Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, in addition to his current role as Roaring Spring, Pa.-based Nason Hospital CEO.

Mr. Harclerode has served as CEO of Nason Hospital since February 2016. Prior to that, he was COO of Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, N.C. He has also served as a medic in the United States Army. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Mr. Harclerode replaces Bill Crowe at Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, who is leaving to pursue a new career opportunity.

“We thank Bill for his 11 years of service at Conemaugh Miners,” said Steve Tucker, CEO of Conemaugh Health System in a statement. “He has done an excellent job leading Conemaugh Miners through a period of great change and great advancement.”
