Nicholas Colleran has been named CEO of Delta (Colo.) Health. He has served as the system’s interim CEO since March 2026, according to an Oct. 27 news release.
Mr. Colleran previously served as COO of Delta Health.
In his interim role as CEO, Mr. Colleran provided steady operational and strategic leadership through the period of organizational transformation at the system’s 49-bed hospital and clinics.
He also led a comprehensive liquidity stabilization plan that grew Delta Health’s days of cash on hand from roughly six days to 30 in four months, the release said. He strengthened the system’s revenue cycle and helped recruit and onboard its new CFO Troy Eller.
