Coliseum Health System in Georgia Names Charles Briscoe CEO

Macon, Ga.-based Coliseum Health System has named Charles Briscoe as its CEO, effective April 1, according to a report by The Telegraph.

Mr. Briscoe has served in a number of positions with Hospital Corporation of America, which owns Coliseum. He most recently served as CEO of HCA’s Lake City (Fla.) Medical Center. He replaces former CEO Allan Golson, who resigned for a position with Ocala Health was killed in a January plane crash.
