Cleveland Clinic named Beri Ridgeway, MD, president of Cleveland Clinic London, effective June 1.
Dr. Ridgeway currently serves as the health system’s executive vice president and enterprise chief of staff, where she oversees 10,000 physicians, scientists and advanced practice providers, according to an April 1 news release. She has also led global initiatives to expand patient access and align clinical services worldwide.
She joined Cleveland Clinic in 2009 and previously served as associate chief of staff, chair of the obstetrics, gynecology and women’s health institute, and inaugural academic chair of the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine’s department of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive biology.
Robert Lorenz, MD, who currently leads the London market, will transition to a role managing Cleveland Clinic’s relationship with the Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford, according to the release. The system will conduct an internal search for a new enterprise chief of staff.
