Cleveland Clinic has made several leadership appointments across its U.S. and UK markets.
Jorge Guzman, MD, was named executive vice president of the U.S. markets, overseeing the Northeast Ohio and Florida markets, a health system spokesperson said in a March 25 statement shared with Becker’s. The expanded role aligns leadership across the system’s two largest regions.
Dr. Guzman most recently served as president of the Northeast Ohio market, according to his LinkedIn profile. Conor Delaney, MD, PhD, will continue to serve as president of the Florida market, the spokesperson said.
Kelly Hancock, DNP, executive vice president, chief caregiver officer, chief administrative officer and the Rich Family Chief Caregiver Chair, will assume oversight of Cleveland Clinic’s marketing and philanthropy divisions, effective April 1.
Beri Ridgeway, MD, Cleveland Clinic’s executive vice president and enterprise chief of staff, will transition to a new role June 1. Dr. Ridgeway will become executive vice president and president of Cleveland Clinic London.
Robert Lorenz, MD, who currently leads the London market, will take on a new role managing Cleveland Clinic’s relationships in the UK. The system said it will begin an internal search for a new chief of staff.
