City of Hope names new security chief

Duarte, Calif.-based City of Hope has named Gordon Groschl vice president and chief information security officer.

In the role, Mr. Groschl will oversee corporate security, IT compliance and data privacy, according to a LinkedIn post from City of Hope.

He previously served as chief information security officer and director of healthcare technology management at Houston-based Texas Children’s Hospital, according to his LinkedIn profile.
