Division II includes affiliated hospitals in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas.

1. Mr. Portacci has worked at CHS since 1988, initially serving as a hospital CEO.
2. He has served in a number of leadership roles during his time with the company, including as group director, vice president and senior vice president of group operations.
3. He assumed the division president role in 2007.
4. He was also a member of the integration team when Triad Hospitals and Health Management Associates were acquired.
