Christus promotes 2 leaders to CEO Cabinet

Christus Health, an international, faith-based, nonprofit health system based in Irving, Texas,  appointed Gabriela Saenz and Kimberly King Webb to the organization’s CEO Cabinet, according to an Oct. 8 news release shared with Becker’s.

Ms. Saenz is senior vice president of corporate services. 

In this role, she oversees corporate compliance, communications, advocacy and public policy, foundations and philanthropy services, retail, congregational sponsor relations and governance services, according to the release. 

Ms. Webb has served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer since 2019. Before that, she worked in the legal department at Christus, focusing on labor and employment law and commercial litigation before advancing to deputy general counsel, the release said. 

Christus has 51,000 employees across its system, which includes more than 60 hospitals in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.
