Andrea Gwyn has been named president of Wilmington, Del.-based ChristianaCare’s Wilmington Campus, effective Jan. 4, according to an Oct. 26 news release shared with Becker’s.
Ms. Gwyn most recently served as president of Mercy Health St. Anne Hospital and Sylvania Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, part of Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health. She previously was president of Mercy Health Perrysburg (Ohio) Hospital and held senior leadership roles at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
In her new role, she will oversee clinical and nonclinical operations at the campus.
Wilmington Hospital, which has 321 beds, also serves as ChristianaCare’s corporate headquarters.
