Chris Hammes is Integris Grove Hospital's interim president: 4 takeaways

Oklahoma City-based Integris Health appointed Chris Hammes interim president of Integris Grove (Okla.) Hospital, according to a Grand Lake News report.

Here are four takeaways:

1. Mr. Hammes is executive vice president and COO at Integris Health.

2. He is temporarily taking over from Tim Bowen, who is leaving for Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway (Ark.) where he will serve as vice president and administrator.

3. Mr. Hammes served as interim leader of Integris Grove in 2014, when the President Greg Martin left before Mr. Bowen transitioned into the role.

4. The health system started the search process and hopes to have a permanent leader selected within one month.
