Children’s Health appoints 8 leaders

Children’s Health in Dallas selected eight new leaders.

Here are the appointments:

• Executive vice president and chief strategy officer: Pete Perialas Jr., who joined the Children’s Health in 2015 and has led strategic activities
• EVP and chief human resources officer: Kim Besse, who was previously senior vice president of human resources and the learning institute
• EVP of the Dallas market: Matt Davis, who formerly served as SVP and Dallas campus administrator overseeing the Children’s Health flagship hospital
• EVP of the northern market: Jeremiah Radandt, who was CFO of Irving, Texas-based NorthStar Anesthesia
• SVP of Dallas market operations: Ray Tsai, MD, who is board-certified in pediatrics and clinical informatics
• SVP of Our Children’s House and system clinical programs: Vanessa Walls, who served as administrator of Our Children’s House, a regional specialty hospital in Dallas
• SVP of finance: Tammie Sibley, who formerly served as assistant vice president of finance at Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas
• SVP of system operations: Michael Wiggins, who was vice president of operations at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham.

The SVP of system operations is a newly created system-level position at Children’s Health.
