Chief transformation officer out at Ohio health system

H. Takaji “Harry” Kittaka, MD, has departed as chief transformation officer of Chillicothe, Ohio-based Adena Health System, the Scioto Valley Guardian reported Dec. 21.

“I want to inform you that effective today Dr. H. Takaji Kittaka, Chief Transformation Officer, is no longer employed with Adena Health System,” Adena President and CEO Jeff Graham wrote in a staff memo obtained by the newspaper. Mr. Graham didn’t give details on the reason for the move or a possible successor.

An Adena spokesperson told the Guardian the health system doesn’t comment on personnel matters.

Dr. Kittaka had been in the role since 2013, according to his LinkedIn profile.
