1. Mr. Hammett is CFO of Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CHI Memorial. He will continue in this role in addition to his new divisional leadership position.
2. He has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in Tennessee, Georgia and Ohio, CHI officials noted, according to the report.
3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
