A spokesperson for Altru told the Herald that Mr. Arvin accepted a position with Essentia Health in Fargo, N.D. Details of the position have not yet been revealed.

Altru will begin a recruitment search for its next CFO in the coming weeks, according to the report. The system expects to take four to six months to fill the position.

In the meantime, Derek Goebel, director of finance, will serve as interim CFO.

Mr. Arvin joined Altru in November 2020, after previous CFO Sara Lusignan was terminated by the company’s board in February of that year, according to the Herald. Before Ms. Lusignan became CFO, Dwight Thompson had served in the role from 1992 until 2018, when he retired.
