CFO John Gantner: Moving Meridian Health System Forward

Neptune, N.J.-based Meridian Health System named John Gantner executive vice president of finance and CFO in February 2008. Mr. Gantner has more than 38 years of healthcare financial leadership at health systems such as Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J.

Credit rating agencies Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services and Fitch Ratings both gave Meridian “A” ratings in January 2013, affecting $345.5 million in debt.

Mr. Gantner, a CPA, holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business from Lehigh University.
