HMMC is part of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System, and Ms. Johnson doubles as the regional CFO of Adventist’s Sunbelt Region, which includes Metroplex Adventist Hospital in Killeen, Texas, Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos and Rollins Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas, Texas.
Before HMMC, Ms. Johnson was CFO of Metroplex Adventist Hospital. While there, she helped shape the hospital’s expansion plan, which included a new emergency department and a clinical partnership with Scott & White Healthcare in Temple, Texas.
Ms. Johnson also has roughly 16 years of healthcare financial executive experience at Shawnee Mission (Kan.) Medical Center and Loma Linda (Calif.) University Medical Center.
