1. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Kang offered outsourced regulatory compliance and financial consulting services to Certive, according to a news release.
2. He also previously was director of listings for the TSX Venture Exchange, a Canadian stock exchange.
3. In his new role at Certive, he will focus on compliance, filings and financial administration.
