Last year, Ms. Haryasz’s husband announced his plan to retire from his position with the Salt River Project this August, which prompted Ms. Haryasz to consider her own retirement, according to the report.

Ms. Haryasz has served in various roles on Page Hospital’s management team since 1991, including director of nursing services. She played a significant role in the expansion and remodeling of the hospital, the implementation of its healing environment initiative and the achievement of high patient satisfaction scores, according to Banner Health’s website.
