Mr. Rindler has served as St. Anthony’s CEO since last summer. He succeeded James Gardner Jr., who resigned in May 2013. Previously, Mr. Rindler worked as a consultant for St. Anthony’s for about a year.
St. Anthony’s is one of the last remaining independent hospitals in the region, according to the report.
