The board is moving quickly to implement a transition plan for interim leadership and recruitment of a new CEO. Mr. Snow will assist the board with the transition process.

The board is seeking an executive search firm with experience recruiting executive talent to help identify Granville Health System’s next CEO. The rest of the administrative team will remain in place.

“While GHS will miss Mr. Snow and his passion for GHS’s mission, vision, and values, we know that GHS will continue to thrive and grow,” board of trustees chair David Smith said in the release. “Now, more than ever, our community needs a strong locally owned and controlled hospital providing quality care close to home.”
