Virginia’s Memorial Hospital Names Interim CEO

Memorial Hospital in Martinsville, Va., has named Jerry Cooley interim CEO, according to a Martinsville Bulletin report.

Mr. Cooley previously served at Wythe County Community Hospital since March 1. He has 30 years experience in hospital administration and retired a few years ago from an HCA hospital in Terre Haute, Ind.

Mr. Cooley succeeds Joe Roach, who was named CEO of Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Ala.
