New York’s St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Names COO

St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, N.Y., has promoted senior vice president of operations Robert Ross to the position of executive vice president and COO, according to a Poughkeepsie Journal report.

In his new role, Mr. Ross will add the nursing division and strategic planning initiatives to his area of responsibility. He has served as vice president, then senior vice president of operations, for St. Luke’s Cornwall for the past nine years.

Mr. Ross has also worked as senior director of administrator at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore.
