Massachusetts’ Nantucket Cottage Hospital Names CEO

Nantucket (Mass.) Cottage Hospital has named Margot Hartmann, MD, president and CEO, according to an Inquirer and Mirror report.

The hospital board voted Friday morning to offer the job to Dr. Hartmann, who joined the hospital staff in 1999 and most recently served as head of the emergency department.

Dr. Hartmann replaces Sylvia Gettman, who left the hospital earlier this summer for a similar job in Maine.
