CEO of East Hill Family Medical no longer at post: 3 things to know

Josephine Rose, president and CEO of Auburn, N.Y.-based East Hill Family Medical, is no longer employed at the company, board chairman Daniel Larson said, according to a report from The Citizen.

Here are three things to know about Ms. Rose and her departure.

1. Mr. Larson did not disclose the reason Ms. Rose is no longer working at the company, citing it as a personnel matter. However, he told The Citizen the organization is still doing well and is in excellent financial standing.

2. Ms. Rose was CEO of the medical group for more than three decades.

3. CFO Michael Collins will serve as the interim CEO in the wake of Ms. Rose’s departure.
