Mr. Richardson most recently served as CFO for Deaconess Medical Center and Office Anesthesia and Dental Surgery, both in Spokane, Wash.
He replaces Paul Ziegele, who became vice president and CFO at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills (Fla.) after nine years at La Grange.
