Central Maine Healthcare appoints David Thompson CFO: 3 takeaways

Lewiston-based Central Maine Healthcare tapped David C. Thompson to serve as CFO, effective Jan. 30, 2017.

Here are three takeaways:

1. Mr. Thompson most recently worked at Englewood, Colo.-based Centura Health, where he has served as CFO since 2003.

2. Prior to Centura Health, he served in various finance-related leadership roles within Tenet Healthcare in Dallas.  

3. He succeeds Phil Morissette, who will take on the role of vice president of finance and controller at Central Maine Healthcare.
