Center for Health Affairs names new CEO: 5 things to know

Tim Jarm was named president and CEO of the Cleveland-based Center for Health Affairs and its business affiliate CHAMPS Healthcare.

Here are five things to know about Mr. Jarm.

1. He will step into the new role Jan. 30.

2. He will succeed Bill Ryan, who announced his plans to retire in April.

3. Mr. Jarm has more than three decades of healthcare experience.

4. At present, he is president of Alliant Management Services in Louisville, Ky.

5. Mr. Jarm earned a bachelor’s degree in radiation medicine/physics from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, a master’s degree in hospital health administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati and a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
