Center for Health Affairs names chief of staff: 5 things to know

The Center for Health Affairs has appointed Laura Gronowski chief of staff for the nonprofit and its business affiliate, CHAMPS Healthcare.

Here are five things to know about Ms. Gronowski.

1. As chief of staff, she will lead organizational transformation and oversee CHAMPS Healthcare’s three business lines, along with The Center’s member services operations and internal operations. CHAMPS Healthcare provides expertise in group purchasing, oncology and benefits consulting.

2. Ms. Gronowski has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare purchasing and supply chain management.

3. She most recently was senior vice president of CHAMPS Healthcare, where she increased revenue, developed new opportunities and expanded the geographical sales area for the organization.

4. Previously, Ms. Gronowski worked in supply chain for several Northeast Ohio hospitals.

5. Ms. Gronowski earned her Master of Business Administration from Berea, Ohio-based Baldwin-Wallace College, now Baldwin Wallace University.
