She started her new role on Sept. 17. As CEO, she oversees the operation of the hospital, the clinics operated by CVMC and the medical center’s 325 employees.
Prior to becoming CVMC’s CEO, she was the CEO of Desert View Regional Medical Center in Pahrump, Nev. Throughout her career, she has held positions as CFO, chief information officer and clinic director at hospitals and medical centers.
Ms. Davila is replacing Bill Hale, who announced his retirement earlier this month.
