Carroll Hospital Center Names Leslie Simmons President

Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Md., has announced the appointment of Leslie Simmons, RN, as president, effective July 1.

Ms. Simmons’ appointment comes in anticipation of the 2015 retirement of current president and CEO John M. Sernulka.
