Carolinas Physician Alliance selects Dr. Jennifer Brady as CEO: 3 points

Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas Physician Alliance hired Jennifer Brady, MD, as its new CEO, according to The Charlotte Weekly.

Here are three points:

1. Dr. Brady most recently served as CMO for Health First Health Plans, the managed care arm of Rockledge, Fla.-based Health First.

2. Dr. Brady is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She completed her residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons/St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.

3. Carolinas Physician Alliance is a clinically integrated network of nearly 2,300 physicians affiliated with Charlotte-based Carolinas HealthCare System.
